We do! As it’s a seasonal shop selling halloween goods and fireworks we don’t open all year round so make sure you call us on 08000 66 58 37 or email us hello@lovehalloween.co.uk before planning your visit
Yes! During checkout you will have the option to collect from our shop in Sandy, Bedfordshire. We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection. All click and collect orders must be paid for online in advance.

We accept all major debit and credit cards online as well as in our shop. If coming to the shop to buy we also accept cash.

At the moment no but we are working on a system to allow you to do so.
We take photos of every package that leaves us and the contents of each carton or envelope is noted on our system so if an entire package goes missing we know what is inside. The order will be labelled box 1 of 3, 2 of 3 etc so if you’re missing a box please let us know which one it is when you call. In the unfortunate circumstance of a damaged or missing item(s) we will issue either a credit note or a refund (or at our discretion redelivery of the missing item if in stock).
For damaged items please take photos and email them along with your order number or consignment note number to hello@lovehalloween.co.uk. We will instruct you on how to deal with the damaged item.
For missing items please email your order or consignment note number along with details of the missing item or carton number to hello@lovehalloween.co.uk.
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase, please get in touch with us via the contact form. Please let us have your order number so that we can easily locate your order on our system. Any returned goods must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the return carriage.
